David Stevens provides specialist advice to PricewaterhouseCoopers' private sector and government clients on the strategic implications of, and solutions to, policy, legislative and regulatory issues.

He has almost 15 years' experience of providing advice on tax and economic reform policy. As a specialist strategic adviser he has been a lead member of a number of national and international tax policy groups. He has advised the governments of the Middle East, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, multilateral organisations, business associations and multinationals corporations on international tax strategy and policy issues.
